The latest addition to Seaward's comprehensive PAT tester range is the Primetest 250, which is a battery portable appliance tester that will perform all tests required to comply with the IEE Code of Practice. These include RCD trip testing, protective conductor current and touch current testing. The Seaward Primetest 250 also carries out Insulation Testing at either 250V or 500V DC.
As innovators within PAT, Seaward have also enabled the Primetest 250 to carry out full testing on 3-phase equipment found in factories, workshops, schools and colleges. The PT250 is the only tester on the current market that will test for Differential Leakage Current on 3-phase equipment using an optional Seaward 3-phase adaptor.

The battery powered Prime Test 250 is very easy to use with auto sequence test buttons and a large backlit display with clear PASS/FAIL indication.
