The Metrel OmegaPAT Plus PAT Tester provides the user with comprehensive testing capabilities alongside an internal memory function. It is capable of performing regular tests on Class I and Class II appliances and extension leads and also boasts more advanced testing features such as portable RCD testing and load & run testing. Furthermore, there is a 1.5kV and 3kV flash testing function which allows the testing of new and refurbished equipment in workshops and production facilities.
The bright LCD screen on the Metrel OmegaPAT Plus clearly displays numerical readings for each test alongside a PASS/FAIL indication. Over 100 pre-programmed auto test sequences are saved in the tester’s internal memory and the user can also create up to 50 customised sequences. The user can save thousands of results in the tester and can swiftly enter additional information using the full QWERTY keyboard. It is compatible with an optional barcode scanner and printer and data can be transferred to a PC using a USB or RS232 cable.
The Metrel OmegaPAT Plus has an integrated 110V socket which means it is suitable for testing power tools and industrial equipment without needing an adaptor. The briefcase-style design allows it to be packed away quickly after use and the tester is covered by a three-year warranty.
