The Combi 419 17th Edition tester and Part P test meter allows you to test and Certify electrical installations to the proposed new 17th Edition regulations and Part P / 16th Edition / BS7671.

The Combi 419 allows you to test and measure Insulation, Continuity, Global Earth values, RCDs tripping times, line and fault loop impedance measurement down to 0.01 ohms resolution, with prospective short circuit current calculation and, phase sequence indication. You can even store the test results with the built in memory, recall the electrical test results on the test instrument display and transfer these results to a serial printer or PC. The HT Italia Combi 419 can test electrical installations to 17th edition (BS7671) and Part P wiring standards. Use the optional Toplink 2006 management software to save and archive your Part P electrical installation test results .
